You must sign up at ffportal.encartele.net and purchase a data plan (may also be used for remote video visitation)

Visitation
Visitation is conducted over a video kiosk. Kiosk service provided by Encartele, inc.
In facility visitation is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
You must be at least 18 years old and bring a valid form of photo identification with date of birth or social security number.
No victims, potential witnesses, or individuals on probation or parole may visit.
Anytime a visitor or inmate become unruly during visitation it may be cancelled by office staff.
Remote visitation is on Wednesday and Fridays from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM then from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM
You must sign up at ffportal.encartele.net and purchase a data plan (may also be used for messaging)
Your visitation must be approved by a member of staff
Same rules as in person visitation apply.

Commissary may be purchased for an inmate by going to mercerpackages.com, by calling 800-546-6283, or by picking up an order blank from our office and mailing it to the address on the form.
You will need the inmate's booking number to complete the order.
Deliveries are weekly.
Commissary purchases are limited to $50.00 per week per inmate. purchases are subject to taxes and processing fees by the vendor.
